What's the chocolate?
Les Chocolateries Askanya is Haiti’s first and only premier bean-to-bar chocolate company. They exclusively use Haitian cacao to produce chocolates in their facility located in Ouanaminthe, Haiti.
What's the honey?
It's produced on an urban farm in Northern Philadelphia by Instar Apiaries. The local hives have never been treated with chemicals and are antibiotics-free.
